Fabric is polyester cotton but soft and pleated.
Style and wear as a top or dress! It might take a bit longer to create the flower shape as photo (initially) but as soon as you get a hang of it - it will be a masterpiece!
I have also been told some use pins to get the perfect look. I just have a tighter grip when I tie round my body to hold it still.
